DR. ROBIN VICTOR
Working in the field of Neuropsychiatry from past 7 years Dr. Robin Victor is currently working as Consultant Neuropsychiatrist at Victor Neuro-Mind Care, Dehradun. He did his Masters in Psychiatry (MD) from Silchar Medical College where he recieved training in management of patients with both acute and chronic mental illness. He also did special training in Neurology from Gauhati Medical College to treat patients with Neuropsychiatric disorders. He then moved to the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru which is the apex institute in mental health in India, where he was trained in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry and Family Therapy.
He has published multiple reaserch papers and unique case reports in national and international journals. He has worked as Senior Resident in Himalayan Hospital, Jollygrant where had great exposure in treating patients with substance use and sleep disorders.
His range of expertise includes Neuropsychiatric disorder (including headache), Stress, Anxiety, Substance abuse and De-addiction, Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorders, Depression, OCD, Sexual disorders, Sleep Disorders, Childhood psychiatric disorders and behavioural problems and Geriatric psychiatric disorders.
He also provides Counseling and Psychotherapy for various Psychological problems including relationship and marital problems.
